HOW LONG DOES MY ZELAL BAND TAKE TO SHIP?

Due to increased demand, shipping is 3-5 business days. All orders within Germany are sent as a compact letter including shipment tracking. If your band takes longer than it should after confirmation of shipment (as of May 2020 approx. 3-7 days), then do not hesitate to contact us. Orders outside Germany have a shipping time of 3-10 days.


HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE?

We recommend using a flexible tape measure to measure your wrist circumference. Wrap this tightly like a hair tie. This is exactly how your band will sit! You can also wrap a string around your wrist to measure the length.

HOW DO I WASH MY ZELAL BAND?

All Zelal Bands are machine washable! We recommend the band at to wash at 30 ° .

Items must be returned unworn. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. Upon return, the full value of the band will be transferred to your original payment method.
